An image goes in and a textured mesh lands in your Blender scene: about 6½ minutes at default quality, or 95 seconds in fast mode while you iterate.
BlenderMCP's Hunyuan3D panel has a local mode that posts to localhost:8081 and expects GLB bytes back, but ships no server to answer it. This is that server. It's wired to Hunyuan3D-Swift, an MLX/Metal port of Tencent's shape and paint pipelines.
Every other route to Hunyuan3D on a Mac is either shape-only or CUDA-only. This one does shape and texture, starts with Blender, and stops with it.
