SquadUp is a full product, designed and built end to end: a native iOS app, a GraphQL backend, Stripe payments with host payouts, and a public marketing site. It's live on the App Store.
What it does
- Find a session. Browse workouts at nearby gyms, join one, and see who else is going, with waitlists and live status.
- Train with your squad. Connect with people at a similar level and with similar goals. Session groups and direct messages keep everyone in sync.
- Host and get paid. Hosts run sessions and are paid through Stripe Connect.
- Keep showing up. Streaks, weekly progress and badges reward consistency.
How it was built
The app is SwiftUI on a TypeScript GraphQL API. The App Store screenshots were generated by a scripted pipeline (XCUITest capture plus automated device framing), launch tooling I now reuse across products.
