A consumer AI app taken from idea to a real, monetizable product. You take a photo of your yard, paint the zones you want changed, and get a photorealistic preview with climate-appropriate plants to make it real.

The hard part isn't the model call. It's the product around it:

A fast loop. Paint, generate, tweak, and generate again without waiting around.
A two-step AI pipeline. It picks plants first, then generates the image, so the picture shows plants you can actually grow.
Running it for real users. Cost controls, moderation and rollback.

The backend runs on Cloudflare Workers with D1 and R2, and the app is Swift 6 with SwiftData.
